Here's an easy way to create meals that are
delicious and nutritious - with a free mini-cookbook. Each cookbook contains 5
recipes. If you want meals that are planned for you for an entire week,
take a look at the meal planners. There is a new one each week.
To download, copy the
first page (cover) on hard stock paper, scrap booking paper, or photo paper.
Be as creative as you can and decorate the front covers. Copy the
remaining pages on regular paper. Use these cookbooks with the
'gifts from the kitchen' ideas included with each cookbook.
